PI cubed question...
I was wondering if PI cubed supports mathematics for doing signal processing?
Also, will it do matrix calculations? I have been playing with the lite version, it
is a great app. Great job!

Hey Brad, thanks for your response. By signal processing I mean linear algebra type functions
that allow you to derive algebraic transforms (DCTs, FFTs, etc.) Here is a link that explains
it well. http://www.ece.cmu.edu/~smart/research.html
I think it would go hand in hand with the matrix linear algebra stuff you intend to add.
Many thanks for your hard work.
I don't see the option to switch from radians to degrees in trig functions. Is this feature available?
Thanks, and thanks for making the best calculator I've yet seen.
This is a setting within the external Settings application on the iPhone. To set this, go to Settings, then scroll down to the Pi Cubed settings group. There should be a "Default angle type" setting which lets you choose radians or degrees.
I plan on integrating this setting within the interface when I add support for numerical units, but until then you can access it there.
As you can see here, matrix math is a highly-requested function, so I'm working on incorporating it within the application. I have a few things I'd like to add first, such as unit conversions, but I'm planning on getting that in there sooner rather than later.
As far as signal processing goes, what kind of calculations would you like to see? It's not an area that I tend to spend a lot of time in myself (I mostly work on robotics, plasma systems, and biological applications), so I'm open to suggestions.
