Great app, but I dont think there is a way of visually representing matrix maths calculations. Is it possible and if not is it a future addition?

I'd just like to voice my support for including matrix math. I've gone ahead and bought the app since the equation part is extremely useful.

Although I'm getting by using "Matrix mini" in the app store for now.

I fully support this idea !
It's something that I'm working on, but it might be a little while before it gets into the application. The next features I'll be working on will be iPhone OS 3.0 support and the ability to specify units within your calculations.
