Won' show some molecules

Molecules won't show certain simple molecules, all of a sudden. Won't show sucrose or glucose; I get a blank screen after "rendering."

I couldn't find a version of glucose that exhibits this behavior, but the first search result for sucrose on PubChem does. I'll see if there's something special about the structure file that they're providing that might be causing the application to not render this properly.
