The framework is under the BSD license, which makes it free to use wherever, even in commercial applications. There are no restrictions as to the use or modification of the framework. Don't even worry about the attribution portion of the license text, as I only really leave that in there to prevent people from trying to scam people on the App Store by charging for my sample applications.
You're free to use the framework however you want, and many for-pay applications on the App Store are already using it.
