How to apply filters and frame on Local Video ?

Hello,

I want to make one video which is applied by filter and set one frame on it exact size..

i have one GPUImageView which has subview as Video-player and one frame (UIImageView).

But its not working..

Can i make like that ?

Should i apply filter on GPUImageView which also make which i want ?

Please help me, if anyone have confusion let me know, So i can describe..
