Hi
I love your app, thanks a lot.
I've downloaded the source code, and i actualy have the same issues when trying to build on xcode 4. for ios 4, ios 5. Do you have any clue?

You must be using an outdated download link. The latest code from here:

http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/molecules

has none of those issues.
