how come pi cubed also thinks that tanh 360 is .999993025339611? float point issue maybe? many thanks when this is fixed.

That must be another floating point glitch. It should be undefined, as you say, but it looks like it's calculating a value just off of true 90 degrees. I'll try to fix that for the next version.
