Comments like yours really help keep me motivated to work on stuff like this. That, and I just find it to be fun.

Yes, products and summations are on my near-term list of features to add. I've fallen a little behind lately because the performance optimizations I've been making to the core engine have taken a lot longer than I planned. I also felt bad that I hadn't updated Molecules in a while, so I had to show it some love. However, I have a lot planned for the application in the next few months.

Others have suggested a central equation sharing site, but I've yet to figure out how to implement that well. I'm not a web guy (as shown by the simplicity of this site), so I need to do a lot more research in that direction. It does make sense, though, given how a site like Graffletopia enhances the functionality of the application OmniGraffle.
pubDate Fri, 18 Sep 2009 02:16:58 +0000 dc:creator Brad Larson guid false comment 482 at http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com Brad Larson wrote:Anonymous http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/statistics-template-list#comment-480

Brad Larson wrote:

Anonymous wrote:
If you are open to additional ideas for statistical formulas, how about...

sum of squares
covariance
(both of which would be great if one could keep track of variables and their associated raw data. I'm in biophysics, and it'd be useful to be able to share equations that aren't currently in the database.

Amazing work. Even without All of the features people like me are nagging for, this is a robust, gorgeous app. Kudos.
pubDate Thu, 17 Sep 2009 16:26:58 +0000 dc:creator muppetjones guid false comment 480 at http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com Anonymous wrote:If you are http://www.sunsetlakesoftware.com/forum/statistics-template-list#comment-453

Anonymous wrote:
If you are open to additional ideas for statistical formulas, how about...

sum of squares
covariance
(both of which would be great if one could keep track of variables and their associated raw data.
