I'm glad you like it. Comments like yours really help keep me motivated to work on stuff like this. That, and I just find it to be fun.

Yes, products and summations are on my near-term list of features to add. I've fallen a little behind lately because the performance optimizations I've been making to the core engine have taken a lot longer than I planned. I also felt bad that I hadn't updated Molecules in a while, so I had to show it some love. However, I have a lot planned for the application in the next few months.

Others have suggested a central equation sharing site, but I've yet to figure out how to implement that well. I'm not a web guy (as shown by the simplicity of this site), so I need to do a lot more research in that direction. It does make sense, though, given how a site like Graffletopia enhances the functionality of the application OmniGraffle.

Molecules is great, but this...awesome. Are there any plans to allow for submission to an equation database? I'm in biophysics, and it'd be useful to be able to share equations that aren't currently in the database.

Amazing work. Even without All of the features people like me are nagging for, this is a robust, gorgeous app. Kudos.
